What you receive, how immediate digital access affects cancellation, how the license works, and what happens to your email address.
What you get
A single purchase is a license for one person: the chapters unlock on the page for you, the PDF is yours to keep and print, and every revision of v1 arrives at the address you paid with. You may share the document with your own manager and the managers who report to you as part of running a cycle. You may not resell it, post it, or distribute it beyond your company.
A team license covers one leadership team or function at one company. It is bought at checkout like the single copies, with a business name and tax id on the invoice, and it unlocks all three documents and their templates for the people directly taking part in that team's leveling, compensation and development work. It does not cover a company-wide rollout, multiple functions, business units or subsidiaries. If you bought a single copy and your team then wants the license, reply to your receipt and the single purchase is credited against it.
An enterprise license is for company-wide, multi-division, portfolio-company or otherwise more complex use. It starts at $2,500 and is agreed by contact rather than direct checkout. This includes an operating or portfolio-support team equipping more than one company. The written quote defines the licensed entities and audience, the materials included, the term, payment, rollout and any implementation support. Ask about an enterprise license.
Access, cancellation and refunds
Each product page includes a complete sample chapter so you can assess the writing, format and approach before buying. The paid product is digital content delivered immediately: a private online reader, PDF and editable spreadsheet files.
Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends when delivery of the digital content begins. That consent and acknowledgement are confirmed with your purchase. If you do not want immediate delivery, do not complete checkout; contact me before buying.
After access has begun, purchases are final. A refund remains available for a duplicate charge, persistent inability to access the purchased files after reasonable troubleshooting, or content that is materially different from the product description, as well as wherever the law requires one. A change of mind, failure to use the workbook, or deciding that the approach does not suit your company after accessing it is not eligible.
To request review, reply to the purchase email with the order address and a short description of the problem. I may first replace the file, restore access or correct the defect. An approved refund ends the license and private-reader access; downloaded copies must be deleted. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
Invoices and tax
Stripe issues a receipt at purchase and, where the law requires it, charges VAT or sales tax at your rate. If you need an invoice with a company name and tax number on it, reply to the receipt with both and one will be sent.
Your email
The address you pay with is used to send the access key and revisions of the document you bought, and for nothing else. It is not added to the essay list unless you subscribe to that separately, and it is not shared. Reply to any message to be removed.
The typeface and the drawings
The typeface and the drawings in the PDFs are licensed for use in these documents. They are not licensed for reuse in yours.
